Find your device or game, answer a few quick questions about it, and see your offer right away — no waiting around. The price you see is what we pay, as long as your item matches the condition you selected.
2. Ship it to us — free
Accept your quote and we email a prepaid Canada Post label and kit. Pack it up and drop it at any Canada Post office. Prefer to stay local? If you’re within about 150 km of Toronto you can book a free local pickup instead.
3. Get paid fast
Once we receive and inspect your item, choose cheque, Interac e-Transfer or PayPal — we aim to pay within about 2 business days. On a local pickup, we can often assess and pay you on the spot by cash or e-Transfer.

How long until I get paid after you receive my item?
Typically 1–2 business days. PayPal and Interac e-Transfer are fastest; cheque is also available. Busy periods can extend this to about 5 business days.
What if you don’t agree with the condition I listed?
If it’s in better shape, we raise the offer. If it’s worse, you’ll get a revised offer to accept or decline — decline and we return it free (with a few exceptions).
